Begin at Deep Creek Beach, Where Our Halibut Boats Launch

A tractor rolls each boat into Cook Inlet, and you climb a ladder aboard for a full day on Ninilchik, Alaska’s halibut grounds.

Twenty minutes south, Homer sends the 50-foot Sundy out at 6:30 a.m. Seward pairs rockfish and lingcod with a glacier cruise across Resurrection Bay.
