I went out today on the Sundy out of Homer Thursday. I bought my limit of two halibut quickly. The captain, Corey, took us out to a really good spot and everyone was catching halibut very quickly. This was my 4th trip on the Sundy and it won’t be my last. Highly recommend!
Captain Jack was patient, accommodating and a delight to be around. We caught our limit of Halibut .
Had a group of six and scheduled 5 days of fishing, 2 halibut trips, 1 multi species and 2 days of salmon on the river. From the very start we had airline issues that made us late for our first day of fishing, between Dustin and all the guides they always helped and made sure we were accommodated. Jason, Carter and Cory were all fantastic to fish with as well as incredibly knowledgeable and got us fish every day. Great operation and awesome people.
The captain was very well seasoned did a great job of running the boat and finding the best places to fish halibut the two first mates and Captain both work very hard to take the fish off and to rebate our hooks and make sure everybody was getting the fish that they wanted very friendly, and informative we had a great time on our fishing trip with this crew and caught four really nice fish would definitely use them again
Captain Carter went above and beyond to make our trip a fun and enjoyable experience. Worked especially hard to get us our fish.
Ninilchik Charters did a excellent job with the several charters our group was on. Dustin was a very nice and informative person on our bear charter.
It was the highlight of our Alaskan trip. Captain Jack was just great. 1st mate was too but I forgot his name. Jack saved me from an approaching bear. Please tell him we raved about him. Will recommend and post of trip advisor. Thanks
Our bear viewing day at Chinitna Bay was a great experience! We had a picture perfect day with a crossings glass-like. Dustin our guide was accommodating and very knowledgeable. Ron our boat captain was also very experienced and we were in good hands throughout out the day. We saw probably about 25 bears and even a mama nursing her 2 cubs. Thank you Ninlychik Charters for a fun memorable day!!

10/10 experience. Jason, was a huge help fishing today he put 110 percent effort, hell he even taught me how to use the pole and how to gut the salmon. We got about 60 pounds of meat. Once again thanks Jason for the awesome advice and teachings!!
Corey, Jack, and Gio took great care of us on this wonderful day of fishing! They really know what they’re doing, and they did all the hard nasty work for us so that we could just sit back and enjoy fishing. I highly recommend Ninilchik Charters for your next Alaska trip!
We had a wonderful day with Captain Jack and Daniel on the bear viewing tour. It was an easy boat ride across the inlet to Lake Clark (about 1.5 hours) with a short walk from the boat to shore…we easily stayed dry and comfortable with the provided waders. We walked to 3 different viewing spots and saw several bears and cubs at each. The walks are short and mellow. I thought it was a lot of fun to hang at each spot and watch the different bears. Captain Jack was very nice, helpful and kept the group safe. We had a couple hours to see the bears before we headed back, and I loved every minute of it. While we were bear viewing, Daniel waited for us on the boat. He picked us up no problem when we were ready to go. Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and taught me a ton. Both Daniel and Captain Jack made for great company. The weather cooperated nicely, and we could not have asked for a better trip. Big thanks to both Captain Jack and Daniel!
