Captain Carter took us out on a day that some charters were canceling due to the weather. We had an amazing trip and caught some great fish. Thank you and I will be using Carter again!

Back to back days on the Endurance and Sundy. 1st day with Cpt Carter on the Endurance; tough day with weather and the bite, but I still got my limit. 2nd day was with Cpt Corey on the Sundy. The whole boat of 16 limited; even after throwing quite a few "just overs" back. Shout out to both deck hands Geo and Jack, as well as Cpt Corey for their nonstop efforts keeping lines in the water.

Captain Carter was the best charter captain we’ve ever had. Very knowledgeable and super helpful. He kept us safe. Great fisherman too. He knew all the best spots.

Our first day fishing during our Alaska trip was with Captain Thomas, and it couldn’t have been a better experience! He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and always willing to help. He worked hard to put us on the fish, and thanks to him, we had an awesome first day on the water. When we got back, Captain Thomas and Tyler did an excellent job cleaning and processing all of our fish, making the whole experience seamless from start to finish. Their hard work and attention to detail were truly appreciated. If you are looking for a clean basic cabin so you can enjoy the best of what the Kenai Peninsula has to offer this is it! The staff works hard to ensure you accomplish what you came to do and have a good experience. We stayed in the efficient cabins for 4 nights and did halibut fishing, bear viewing, and salmon fishing on the Kasilof River. Everyone caught their limit and lots of other allowed fish as well! We saw lots of bears and had spectacular views. The staff cared for and packaged up our fish and we look forward to enjoying it at home.

We're lucky to have a number of good charter companies. This organization has been around for more than three decades, employees veterans, and has a professional organization.! Great people Great experience PS They also really respect The water in the wildlife. The big halibut that you see in the photo is less than 50 pounds and we would have chosen to release likely anything much bigger.

Jason Ellman was a superior fishing guide. His discipline in his craft, such as his due diligence in pre-trip research when planning his route, resulted in knowing when the fish will bite based on mathematical data down to swim swim patterns, water level, and weather resulted in precise mapping and anticipating which specific spot on the river will maximize our catch rate. He strived to give us the best possible experience and he exceeded that. His respect for the fish and the rules and regulations demonstrated exactly what you want to look for when seeking a fishing charter. Jason’s skills in maneuvering us through the river and shallow water within the first few minutes will give you peace of mind in safety concerns because he prioritizes our safety before his own. Before we departed, he went out of his way to filet our fish. He is a textbook quality charter guide and his books will be much busier because of how many people I will recommend to him. The Kasilof Salmon charter was awesome. The float is beautiful and our guide Jason was very knowledgeable and friendly. He kept our group motivated and having fun! We had a blast and caught a good amount of fish in the process.

We had a great time with Captain Carter! He did a great job providing a full experience with lots of charisma and energy. He helped me and my wife get some great halibut for our first time on the ocean! Would 100% recommend booking with both the Charter and Captain Carter!

The seas were favorable and calm. The outside temperature was a little cool but the cabin was warm and the coffee was hot. Everyone on the boat had limited out on halibut within an hour and a half. Several were caught and released because your only allowed one over 27" and there were a lot of overs. The biggest halibut for this trip was around 39". Then we moved to another location and started catching cod and flounder. Our group of four kept around 50# of filets. The whole experience was awesome. Thanks captain Corey, Tanner and Jack. We had a amazing charter. Captain Carter was extremely helpful and professional. An amazing Captain who put us on our limit of halibut. Will be using him as a Captain again.

My entire group had a great experience with all of the staff and our captain. Captain Jack was great. He knew what he was doing and made sure that we were both successful and had a fun time even early in the morning. Will be asking for him again next time.
