Ninilchik Charters Cancellation Policies
We understand the need to cancel a reservation and want to work with you to better accommodate your cancellation. All of our guests are HIGHLY recommended to purchase trip insurance to better protect you when the need to cancel comes up. We understand cancellations happen, but to ensure you receive your money back, trip insurance is the best way to go!
Please understand from our end, that unlike traditional businesses that operate for the entire year, we only get the chance to operate during tourism months which consists of 4 months total. With that in mind, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Due to our season only being 4 months long, we honor the following cancellations for fishing charters:
60 + days | FULL Refund
Anything within the 60 day period will not be refunded
50% deposits are required to book with us
** if we can re-fill your seats, we are happy to work with a refund within the 60 day period listed above **
Due to our hunts being booked out 1-2 years in advance with limited spots, we honor the following cancellation policy:
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but are transferable to another date or person
All payments made to Ninilchik Charters are hunts become Non-refundable, unless your seat can be re-filled.
