We did a full day of Sockeye fishing on the Kasilof River. Our captain was patient, professional, and knowledgeable about where to fish for the sockeye. We all caught our limits and had a wonderful time.

Having the right guide does play a role in whether or not you have a successful fishing experience! Our guides are not only residents and grew up on the rivers you will be fishing, but they are also registered with the Kenai Guide Association and licensed accordingly. They take pride in fishing with the best equipment, updated + clean boats, and constantly undergoing training as fish migrations and patterns are constantly changing!
All guides are registered to run on both the Kenai and Kasilof Rivers, giving you flexibility with choosing your captain and which river you want to fish on!
